How a day goes
Check in, then one step at a time.
- 1
Check in.
One tap: how is today going? Every day you do, your streak grows.
- 2
Your day becomes a path.
Routines come back every morning; add what today needs, and say where it goes.
- 3
Take the one in front of you.
Only the next step can be done. “Later” sends it to the end. The last one is the summit.
The whole app
Five places. Nothing else to learn.
Path
Today, as a mountain to climb.
Chester
Somebody to think it through with.
Steps
Today’s list, routines and reminders.
Goals
What you are working toward, and how far along.
Profile
Your streak, your stats and your people.
Goals
A goal is just today’s step, done enough days.
Give a goal a date and the steps that get you there. They are on your path on their days, and Goals shows how far along you are and whether you are on pace.
Chester
Stuck? Talk it through.
Chester helps you plan, shrink a big step and get going, and can put a step on your path for you. He remembers only what you let him, and you can read and delete all of it.
Questions, answered.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no paid plan, no trial and no card to enter, and there are no ads.
Who can see my path?
Only you. Your check-ins, your path and your goals are private, always, and your statistics are too unless you choose to show them. You can download everything, or delete your account, in Settings.
Do I need friends on here?
No. Your path, your goals and Chester work on your own. Friends, groups and shared goals are there if you want them.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost. A streak freeze can cover a missed day, and you can always start again.
Is this therapy?
